2009 Shimano WH-MT75 XT 29R Centerlock Wheelset

This XT wheelset has some carryover technology from the more expensive XTR line. First off, the spokes are straight-pull and the axles are beefy 14mm 7075 T6 aluminum. Each spoke in the wheel are set up two-cross and evenly spaced. The spokes are double-butted adding significant lateral strength without additional weight in the rim. The hubs are set up for Centerlock rotors. The wheels are tubeless compatible but can be used with tubes. The wheelset weighs around 1810grams with a sticker price of $700.

2009 Felt Full-carbon 29er Hardtail???

The full-carbon 29er hardtail frame that Felt showed off at Interbike a couple of years ago was targeted at a 2009 model year release. I have not heard a word about since then!
